Richard Willis
Richard Willis is the founder and Director of WILLIS Events & Marketing, a Belfast based agency with a reputation for delivering some of Belfast’s top corporate events, most recently the Digital DNA Awards, Big Data Belfast and Powered by Talent. WILLIS also deliver high-end video and motion graphic content.
As an ambitious entrepreneur with an extensive background in event production, sponsorship and content marketing products, Richard has the ability and vision to add commercial value and substance to an event, and bring it to life.
As a small business owner, Richard is passionate about the Northern Ireland economy, and about the the value in bringing the right blend of private and public sector voices together to discuss the major factors in driving Northern Ireland toward prosperity.
Richard is an Ambassador for the Northern Ireland Hospice and a Board Member of the Ireland Fund’s Young Leaders in Belfast.
Conor Houston
Conor is a Director at Houston Solutions Ltd, Conor has provided trusted strategic advice to senior leaders across business, government, the third sector and entertainment industry.
He is also the Head of Engagement for Digital DNA - the largest tech & digital conference in Northern Ireland which connects businesses to understand and harness technology to grow their business.
He is Governor of The Irish Times Trust which owns the Irish Times newspaper and is the inaugural Chair of The Ireland Fund Young Leaders Belfast.
Previously, as a solicitor advocate he represented clients to the Supreme Court of both the UK and Ireland and was involved in many high profile and pioneering cases. He also represented the legal profession on the Executive Board of the European Young Bar Association and was elected to serve on the Council of the Law Society of Northern Ireland. He is a Fellow of the US State Department Rule of Law Programme. He was also a Consultant for the Centre for Democracy & Peace Building leading on their EU Debate NI programme.
Conor was part of the official NI delegation to the White House in 2017 to promote economic and cultural relations between the island of Ireland the US. In October 2017, he joined two Nobel Peace Prize winners on stage to address the One Young World Summit in Bogota, Colombia.
